thelookloft.com strives to offer the highest quality merchandise.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please
return the unused item within 5 business days, and thelookloft.com
will provide you with a full refund, less shipping costs.
When returning merchandise, please email us at returns@thelookloft.com.
thelookloft.com will then assign a return authorization (RA) number
to be written on the outside of the box. If possible, please print
out and complete the return form and include with your merchandise.

All merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified,
additional charges may be incurred for faster delivery. Please
allow 6-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for merchandise that is on backorder.
If your order contains both stock and backordered merchandise,
items in stock will be shipped immediately.
If your order contains a backordered item, the order will be shipped
once merchandise is received. Customers will not be charged until
order is shipped.
